ITC 16 Hour Outdoor First Aid
Outdoor First Aid Course (2 Days – 16 Hours)
Description
This 2-day (16-hour) Outdoor First Aid course is designed for anyone heading out into the hills, crags, trails, or rivers, and it meets the requirements of most outdoor National Governing Body Awards, including Mountain Training.
We keep the medical jargon to a minimum and focus on what you actually do when things go wrong outdoors. Over two practical, engaging days, you’ll build your confidence in assessing situations, checking casualties, and making clear decisions when someone needs your help.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to recognise a medical emergency and step in with effective, immediate first aid in the outdoors.
You’ll learn a set of practical principles you can adapt to a wide range of real-world situations.
