Mental Health First Aid

This course will give you the confidence and competence to become the first aider fir mental health in the workplace. The skills you learn will help your confidence and knowledge in the area of Mental Health. The course content, and the way our experienced and understanding tutors teach the sessions, will mean that you walk away both competent and confident in your first-aid skills. This is a Nuco RQF Level 2 Award regulated by Ofqual and is valid for 3 years

Train as a workplace Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®) and receive three years of certification, plus access to ongoing benefits. This course is ideal for staff at every level who would like to become MHFAiders® to gain the knowledge and skills to spot signs of people experiencing poor mental health, be confident to start a conversation and signpost a person to appropriate support.​
