Short Workshops in First Aid

Streetwise First Aid is a practical, hands-on session designed to prepare people for real-life emergencies outside the workplace. It covers key lifesaving skills such as CPR, using a defibrillator, managing bleeding, and dealing with unconscious casualties. The session is scenario-based, easy to follow, and focused on building confidence, enabling learners to respond quickly, safely, and effectively in everyday situations until professional help arrives.

A practical workshop for parents and carers, delivered by a young person who wants to support others with the same challenge. Exploring eating disorders in young people, recognising some of the warning signs, understanding some of the risks, and learning a number of techniques to support early intervention and recovery effectively.
